How do I place an order?

| Step 2 | Go to your basket page and check over your order and make sure everything is correct. On this page any quantity discounts will be displayed for the items you have chosen. Once happy click Proceed to Checkout. |  |
| Step 3 | Input the relevent shipping details and payment details and complete the order. |  |
| Step 4 | You will revice a confirmation through email and your order will arrive with you within 3 working days. |
How is discount calculated?
We like to reward our customers with great discounts!* Simply put the more you order, the higher the discount you recieve.
*Discount is applied per each individual product not on the total count of seperate products.

Can I order on the phone?
Yes we accept phone orders. We can either guide you through our fully automated website or take your order verbally. (Please note if an order is taken verbally then we will require the order confirmation detail signed off by the customer before we can process) We send out an invoice with every order shipped out.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We guarantee dispatch within 24 to 48 hours depending if your ordered items are in stock. We use Royal Mail First Class for all orders under £50.00. For all orders with a value of £50.00 and above will be dispatched via 1st class Recorded Delivery. You should receive any order placed within 3-4 working days.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Item/items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
